Key Responsibilities

1.Maintain and improve hardware, software, servers, databases and controls on site.

2.Hardware, software, cluster servers, databases, network and communication systems related to the automated handling system as scoped in service contract.

3.Hands on IT and controls management on site.

4.Decreases response time when controls appear to have problems.

5.Control alignment will be optimized and all configurations will be well documented.

6.Solve unique but definite problems.

7.Works systematically: applies well known methods, techniques and tooling (knowledge of a field at bachelor level) to achieve concrete and known results (project wise).

8.Offers professional arguments as the basis for making choices and for convincing the people concerned.

9.Improvement of work processes calls for attention continuously.

Required Qualification

1.Education background: Degree or Master in IT or Computer Engineering.

2.Working experience: At least 5+ year experience in relative field, at least 3 years experiences in IT or Network engineering or system setup/maintenance.

3.Experience in maintaining cluster servers, databases, network and communications systems and software related automated baggage handling systems or automated systems in material handling industries.

4.Languages: Fluent in both written and oral English, Mandarin is the same.
