Responsibilities:

• Key communication bridge between business users and IT developers in Hong Kong & China
• Bridge the gap between business users & technical objectives
• Develop detailed functional, data & technical requirements documents
• Oversee full project life cycle, including requirement gathering, system analysis, implementation, deployment, UAT, testing and training
• Sit closely with users and provide on-site support. Key person to provide training for users after project implementation on new features and functions

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 4 years working experience as Business Analyst
• Demonstrate solid knowledge on financial arena (Front to back flow on cash equity & prop trading, and regulations)
• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Open for candidates from financial services vendors
