Job Role:

• Provide an independent assurance service to group, regional and local audit committees and management; focusing on reviewing the effectiveness of the governance, risk management and control processes management has put in place
  
• Deliver quality audit work with primary focus on reviewing IT management and governance, information risk management, IT security, IT solution delivery and IT operations matters
  
• Effectively collaborate with audit team members and auditees to perform internal audit assignments and ad hoc reviews/ investigations
  
• Assist the Regional Head of IT audit or his delegate in preparing Audit Committee papers and regular reports to Regional Internal Audit (incl. follow-up on status of the audit issues, coordinating audit committee papers with other departments, etc.)
  
• Contribute to the annual audit planning exercises
  
• Develop and maintain IT audit work programmes/ tools and share knowledge across the IT audit community
  
• Contribute to projects adding benefit to the global pool of IT auditors
  

Job Requirement:

• Demonstrate strong expertise and a track record of valued auditing across IT domains
  
• Min. 3 years of IT audit experience
  
• Strong practice of Mandarin and English languages
  
• Be passionate about information security, technology and audit (e.g. know how to search for IT related knowledge, participate at IS or IT auditing conferences, etc.)
  
• Show a great ability to listen, a critical mind, a good analytical sense as well as capacity for synthesis
  
• Demonstrate the ability to build good working relationships with auditees and key stakeholders
  
• Be able to work autonomously and in teams
  
• Be objective and rigorous in his / her approach
  
• Have good communication skills orally and in writing, ability to convince and to write clear, precise and accurate reports
  
• Can anticipate risks and to take initiative. Can handle unforeseen changes
  
• Be open-minded and dynamic, with the ability to work within a multicultural team
  
• Be able to work (i.e. speak and write reports) on a daily basis in English
