JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of the support team for Payment & Transaction solutions of Decathlon Asia. As the systems are critical for the conduct of the business, you will work closely with multiple teams in Decathlon in order to ensure the support, stability, continuous improvement of the Solution. Daily, you will:
Refine and Optimize the operation support process for payment and transaction applications.
- Define KPI metrics, analyse and report the trends of issues/defects generated weekly and monthly to define user training needs and solution optimization needed, and make continuous improvement
- Design and execute proactive monitoring tools and solutions
- Follow Duty Call process and collaborate with appropriate teams to independently troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA
- Initiate Customer satisfaction survey and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions
- Document technical knowledge in our training website, train the new users of support process
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Ultimately, you will be a person our users trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems. Therefore, we are looking for people who are not only technically skilled, but also responsible; who are displaying good communication abilities, and who match and understand Decathlon values. Thus, you:
- Are a sports lover, even though you are not professional
- Show team spirit, are a good communicator, listener and co-worker
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Are familiar with a database language
- Have good communication skills (oral and written) in English
Nice to have skills:
- French and/or Chinese
- 2+ years working experience in IT digital domain in retail industry
- Experience with Java programing
