Strategy and Technology Development

• Determine corporate IT technology SOD and SOP
• Determine corporate master data strategy and system interface and interactions
• Lead on development projects (both in-house and vendor delivery) and assure delivery quality. Make sure developed projects can be continuously improved and enhanced by clear database, object, function and Web API design.
• Define cloud / IDC strategy and deploy applications accordingly to maximize IT investment return and minimize IT infra cost.
• Analyze technology industry and market trends and determine their potential impact on the enterprise.
• Lead IT digital lab, conduct PoC for new technology and products which applicable and relevant to business needs including IoT, Big Data, AI, etc.
• Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard network and platform configurations.

Network and System

• Maintain network and system platform documentations, standards and diagrams.
• Regularly review network/system and platform KPIs, and propose and lead necessary network/system tuning/adjustment and upgrade;
• Perform tier-3 troubleshooting when required.
• Analyze the current network and system platform environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Consult on network and infrastructure projects to fit systems or infrastructure to the technical architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate project needs.

Documentations and Compliance

• Define the principles that guide technology decisions for the enterprise network and system platform.
• Assist with designing the governance activities associated with ensuring IT compliance.
• Document necessary technical architecture design and analysis work, possibly including project postmortem documentation and metric collection.
• Review and monitor applications security. Conduct regular IT audit for application and data security for both on premise and cloud systems.

Team Management

• Lead the team to develop BI report
• Provide guidance and mentor junior IT engineers in areas of infrastructure and security.

Work Experience (and Years Required)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• More than 10 years IT working experience with minimum five years in designing and maintaining system and applications
• Has development experience and capable to lead both development and implementation team
• Familiar with Dev-Op model and has experience with AliCloud, MS Azure or AWS platform
• Familiar with .NET application, MVC application, WCF, Entity Framework, TFS, etc.
• Familiar with JAVA, Spring and related microservice development
• Familiar with Object Oriented Programming
• Familiar with MS SQL or MySQL
• Familiar with Redis or other related technology
• Familiar with WeChat APIs
• Understanding of HTML/JavaScript/Ajax/JQuery
• Knowledge on Windows and Linux system
• Knowledge on SharePoint, Salesforce.com will be an add-on
• Knowledge of GIT or any other code repository
• Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
