Job duties:

• Provide IT technical support including desktop support and setting up of new work stations
• Assist on all infrastructure aspects of IT support for their offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai
• Oversee the transition of server environments to Cloud
• Manage system performance and handle troubleshoot system performance issue

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of IT support & administration experience with sizable companies
• Proficient in Windows server and SDWan technology, as well as network device management
• Has solid experience in server, desktop, Fortigate Firewall and Cisco Switch
• Speaks business fluent English
• Good team player with strong communication skills
