Job duties:

• Provide IT technical support including desktop support and setting up of new work stations
• Assist on all infrastructure aspects of IT support for their offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai
• Oversee the transition of server environments to Cloud
• Manage system performance and handle troubleshoot system performance issue

Job requirements:

• At least 5 years of IT support experience and strong in handling multiple servers and cloud services
• Proficient in Windows server and Linux server, as well as network device management
• Has solid experience in server, desktop and application virtualization
• Speaks business fluent English
• Independent with good communication skills
