Summary: Required to responsible for business process grooming and system improvement, integration and project creation, reporting and testing of various business units.


Job Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of the daily system maintenance, including following up the system bug, optimization, change version of the decision, etc. and relevant UAT work.
  • Collect and evaluate the reasonability of system requirement, and communicate and discuss with relevant IT and developers.
  • Arrange the projects/system requirements implementation reasonably
  • Follow up the development and test plan of projects/system requirements to ensure the online implementation as scheduled.
  • Reporting of system projects and the writing, calculation and answering of PID/ROI.
  • Prepare UAT of System improvement and change version of the decision.
  • Explain the system improvement content to team members and users.
  • Master all business team operations and act as a business action role when needed.
  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or above, major in statistics/ mathematics/ economics or relevant fields.
  • Preferential considering the candidate with 2-3 years working experience in Auto-finance industry or got solid knowledge of the industry, and have experience of statistics/ modeling and data analysis.
  • Master the analysis software such as Excel/ SAS/ SQL/ ACCESS/ SpotView, good at data mining, familiar with variety of data analysis method such as regression and relevancy analysis.
  • Excellent ability of data presentation, good at PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and has teamwork spirit.
  • Logical thinking, strong analysis and innovative capability.
  • Being honest and having good communication skills

该职位要求负责各业务部门的业务流程梳理及系统改进、整合及立项、申报、测试工作。


岗位职责:

  • 负责系统的日常运维,包括跟进系统故障、优化、决策换版等,并负责上线前UAT测试等工作
  • 收集、评估各部门需求的合理性,与相关技术及开发人员及时沟通、讨论
  • 合理安排各项目、需求的上线计划并根据优先级进行处理
  • 跟进项目、需求的开发及测试进度,并确保按时上线
  • 负责系统项目的申报工作及PID/ROI的撰写、计算及答疑
  • 准备系统改进相关的用户测试及换版
  • 负责就系统改进内容向团队成员及用户进行说明讲解
  • 掌握所有的业务团队操作流程,在需要时可以作为任何一个业务操作角色
  • 上司安排的其它工作职责


岗位要求:

  • 统计、数学、金融等相关专业本科或以上学位
  • 2-3年汽车金融相关行业经验或知识,有统计、建模、数据分析经验者优先
  • 熟练掌握Excel、SAS、SQL、ACCESS、SpotView、Tableau、SPSS等应用软件,擅长进行数据挖掘,熟悉各类数据分析方法
  • 优秀的数据呈现能力,熟练使用PPT
  • 英语流利,有团队合作精神
  • 逻辑思维能力强,具有一定的分析判断能力,善于创新
  • 为人正直,且有较好的沟通表达能力
