Job Description

The Intern IT is responsible for delivering daily on-site support on the hardware and software of the Ubisoft Chengdu studio, includes missions such as Hardware Diagnostics, Software and network troubleshooting and so on.

IT实习的同学将主要负责育碧成都工作室的日常技术支持工作，包括硬件诊断、软件和网络故障排除等等十八般武艺。

Your Roles and responsibilities will be-

Build, deploy and maintain new workstation and build machine environment for employees according to group standards

为新队友们安装和组装工作站

Offer on-site support to game projects teams and studio employees on hardware and standard software

为工作室的所有队友们提供软硬件的现场技术支持工作

Manage and maintain local IT infrastructure when required

Hardware Diagnostics, Software and network troubleshooting

You will need to have these skills-

Good knowledge of Windows operating system

Good knowledge of hardware and software

Good understanding of English, both written and spoken
