JD:

• Resolves the reported issuerelated to hardware, operating systems, applications and configuration throughtroubleshooting and research for all members globally in the company via Remotedesk, E-mail and Phone or on site;
• Perform and monitorhardware and software installation, Windows Server & AD configuration,Firewall & Switch deployment in line with Global IT directions;
• Maintain and secure thestability and availability of the IT infrastructure, Servers, Networks,Leased line, VPN & Telephone System;
• Gathers and analyses userrequirements for IT infrastructure and applications implementation
• Performing and managingplanned activities such as Server installations, upgrades, patching, localrebuilds and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with all usersto possibly meet their requirements of local IT infrastructure environment.

Requirements:

• English (reading and Writing)is proficient. Good Oral skill will be a plus
• Responsible and accountableperson
• At least 3 years+ workingexperience
