The IT MANAGER position is based in Shanghai and reports to the CIO of GL China.

Candidates should have an engineering background, have 5 years' experience, master English and good project manager will allow to ensure several Missions :

o Study the architectures to be implemented for China sites.

o Ensures the high technical and network security level of the Chinese sites.

o Ensures the deployment of IT group standards in terms of security, collaboration tools and communication (O365).

o Ensures that the IT is adapted to comply with the regulations and laws of Chinese institutions.

o Actively collaborates with GL events' technical general management and its IT MANAGER, to whom he must regularly reports the progress of ongoing integrations or deployments (once a month).

o Participates in a technical governance committee with GL events' IT department every three months.

o Manages the missions of subcontract and service integrators during the various technical projects that are carried out.

o Ensures regular audits of GL china's dependent sites

o Ensures the security of the Application platform and carries out regular control audits.

Technical competence :

Technically candidates should have general skills in Networks and systems architectures.

o Network: IP, VLAN, Networks topology, DNS, Routing, switching (HP or Cisco or Huawei,), .

o Hardware: Storage, Server, Vmware virtualization

o System: Windows server 20XX, Microsoft Active Directory, GPO,

o Collaboration platform : O365

o Security: Firewall, NAT, WAF, Proxy, VPN, Antivirus,

o Hybrid Cloud: Ali Cloud, Azure, Amazon.

o 为公司中国的办公点，研究并制定IT的架构方案以部署。

o 确保公司的IT方案符合中国的法律和法规。

o 与GL events的技术管理及其IT MANAGER积极协作，必须定期报告正在进行的整合或部署工作的进展（每月一次）。

o 每三个月与GL events的IT部门一起参加技术管理会议。

o 负责管理外包商和服务商在执行各技术项目期间的任务。

o 确保定期检查中国的各个独立办公点

o 确保应用平台的安全性，实行定期的控制审核。

技术能力 :

技术层面，应聘者应具备网络和系统架构方面的通用技能知识。

o 网络：IP、VLAN、网络拓扑、DNS、路由、交换机（惠普、思科或华为）。

o 硬件：存储器、服务器、VMware的虚拟化。
