• Understand ISC business in details
• Being the focal point of contact for ISC business in East China
• Assist the local team to understand the SOP
• Monitoring for data integrity for the station
• As the escalation for origins on ISC issue
• PVPO/PVVP support for the station
• Escalation for operation by mode
• Responsible for uplift Help Desk performance

岗位要求：

Over 5 years freight forwarding Operation supervisor experiences, fully understand operations SOP, has good relationship with vendors.

Outstanding customer service skill.

Outstanding comunication skill, could meet the ISC timeline.

Good command of English both in oral and writing.
