As an IS Hosting Team Lead for Technical Platform Service you will be responsible for supporting the management and optimization of service delivery processes for the relevant platform Service, in Global Business Services in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the Global IS Department Manager, you will ensure IS Service quality, performance, continuous improvement and supporting globally from a technical point of view.

Your responsibilities

• Leading a technical specialist team that ensures the management and maintenance of global IS platform activities related to Hosting Service in IT Domain
• Ensuring IS Service quality, performance, continuous improvement and supporting globally from a technical point of view
• Being responsible for End-to-end accountability of the Database (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle), Middleware (e.g. BizTalk), DNS/DHCP service operations. Monitoring the delivery service and the outcome
• Executing short- plus long-term strategic plans to assure IS platform capacity attains current and future needs
• Identifying potential for improvement in the Domain Service delivery and facilitates actions in the relevant services team to optimize the operation
• Holding the responsibility for technical assurance, improvements and lifecycle management for platform services in scope
• Supporting the management and optimization of service delivery processes for the relevant platform Service
• Overseeing any process related to 3rd party and internal IS supply related to domain service delivery and operation. Acting as the end point of escalation for IS Supply for the assigned services

Your background

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure services on a large scale with experience in IaaS, Identity Access Management and Hosting service is a plus.
• Experience as a manager, able to manage a global team consist of local employees and employees from various time zones
• Sound knowledge in Middleware (Biztalk) and Database management (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
• Strong service management skill
• A bachelor’s degree of above
• Cultural awareness and can work in a complex, multicultural and global team.
• Excellent Written and Verbal English
