职位描述
1) Ensure the execution of talent acqusition strategy, processes and application within IMSS organization for Sr. Manager level and below
2) Ensure the TA tools, process and systems are operated in line with business demands
3) Manage TA KPI, identify root causes and appropriate solutions for improvement if KPI has not met business needs.
4) Ensure training needs analysis and training delivery for IMSS organization.
5) Initiate to lead recruitment projects to achieve functinoal excellence and in line with CJLR and JLR talent aquisition strategy(e.g internal referral process, talent assessment for new hires, talent pool, campus recruitment)
6) Foster strong working relationship with IMSS BP, JLRC and CJLR CoE to organize leadership, generic training, talent review and etc to meet the requirements for talent development.
7) Lead the team to manage both talent aquisition and talent management program in IMSS organization.
任职条件
1)A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent with minimum of 6 years of extensive HR work experience in multinational companies, sales and marketing organization is preferred
2)A good knowledge and practice on general HR management, especially on talent acquisition including talent cold call, talent pool build up, campus recruitment and etc., experience in headhunter is preferred.
3)Strong communication and influence skills
ability to communicate with all levels of management and clients, and interact cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
4)Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
Be able to negotiate with and effectively influences stakeholders.
5)Very good project management skills and be able to lead and execute the HR programs and activities at IMSS
6)HR analytic skills, be able to analysis HR related data and information, understand insights to feed the inputs and objective perspectives for HR decision on HR programs, policies and projects
7)Be open minded, honest and hardworking, has ownership to contribute more efforts to the team
8)Excellent English language skills, such as written, spoken and reading.
