Mission of the role
(Why does the position exists, within what limits and according to what objectives)
- Act as a core brand contributor in driving business result and building brand with the Awareness-Interest-Purchase-Loyalty model across different touch points
- Establish in-house knowledge capability in consumer engagement across different touch points
- As an on-going talent pipeline for IL CDJ MKT
1. Establish brands and continue develop & cultivate consumer base by leverage tools across touch points
a) Establish knowledge & understanding on different tools across full IL tools with specific product lines
b) As the brand frontier understand new tools and collaboration opportunities in different touchpoints
c) Support to establish brand building strategy & plan by leveraging different tools to gain exposure for building consumer base on AIPL model
d) Work with cross functional teams to ensure plan execution
2. Campaigns management & execution
a) Work collaboratively with sales, GC brand design team, Source countries in developing brand, consumer engagement campaign in driving business and brand performance result
b) Campaign executions including design, promotion arrangement, execution plans and result tracking
任职条件
1. Solid experience of marketing, digitals marketing & eCommerce channel, social / WeChat eCommerce knowledge and experience preferred
2. Learning agility to learn eCommerce knowledge
