Job Description
primary responsibilities are:
Recruitment
- Ensure the best candidates are found for the various operational needs of the division, be it new or replacement candidates
- Enhance the quality of candidates by being proactive in searching for talent
- Complete and Facilitate the recruitment process
- Custodian of the HR manpower plan for this division on behalf of HQ HR
Reporting
- Update the manpower chart and ensuring all necessary positions are filled
- Facilitate annual performance appraisal of the division
- Update with resource provided by HQ HR the manpower salary costing of all positions in all the Chinese cities that Aden operates in. This is to facilitate update of our library used by the sales team and for recruitment benchmarking
Problem solving
- Act as representative of HQ HR as a conflict resolution with regards to any labor dispute
- Act as the executor of any disciplinary actions taken on any recalcitrant staff
- Audit cases where manpower costs are suspected to be high causing losses at particular sites
Key Skills and
Competencies:
- Experience recruitment
- Relevant experience in establishing various HR policies
- Conversant with the Chinese Labor Law
- Be highly responsive and have a solution orientated mind-set
- Preferably in touch with the current situation in the manpower market, including salaries trends and social insurance requirements in various Chinese cities
- Demonstrated ability to handle priorities.
- Highly collaborative working style.
- Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable with ambiguity
