Job Description
The school seeks a Visual Arts teacher who will provide excellent instruction and learning opportunities for all PYP, MYP and DP students in alignment with the school’s vision and mission, while supporting school wide-events as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have strong drawing and painting skills, while having the ability to work in 3D. Being technology rich is considered a strong asset. All teachers at CISS are expected to effectively develop and deliver the curriculum to excellent standards.

This School for Children of Foreign Personnel was established based on the cooperation between the Liaoning Provincial Government, the Canadian Government, New Brunswick and the Canadian Royal Canadian International Education Group, dedicated to the development of whole-person education. It is the first IB full-school international school in Liaoning Province.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent
2. Qualified teaching certificate/license appropriate for the grade levels and subjects to be taught
3. Solid working knowledge of the concepts, activities and techniques related to teaching the Visual Arts at the required grade levels
4. Strong foundation in classroom management such that a positive learning and teaching experience is the end result.
