They have expanded their portfolio by investing in early stage startup companies within the financial technology industry and structured investment products. In addition, they own and operate FINRA, NFA and FCA regulated investment banking services firms in the US and UK.

ROLE:

？You will support Senior bankers in Beijing, New York and London offices on a variety of deal work including but not limited to aviation investment banking (M&A and capital raising) and merchant banking.

？ Your common tasks include contributing to the writing and development of initial pitch materials and deal memoranda, financial modelling, participating in drafting sessions and due diligence meetings, as well as other related tasks.

？ You will be assigned to a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as your experience and capabilities permit.

MISSION:

？ Work on a broad range of financial transactions including, but not limited to : mergers and acquisitions, capital raise, deal underwriting and financial due diligence

？ Develop and maintain complex financial models under the direction of VPs and Associates

？ Attend client meetings and facilitate communication between client and rest of Seabury team, including translation where required

？ Industry and company research, quantitative analyses and company valuation analyses

？ Support efforts in developing and executing marketing activities for the firm, including pitch development

？ Create client marketing materials including teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations under the direction of VPs and Associates – extensive use of PPT. Contribute to content creation

？ Responsible for deal related administrative duties including organizing electronic files, translation of documents, setting up calls, managing virtual data rooms, and taking / distributing notes

PROFILE:

？ Must have Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or accounting major preferred, or English major with suitable experience / financial training)

？ Two years of investment banking (bulge bracket preferred) and private equity experience

？ Accounting, financial and business literacy. Also fully capable to operate in English and Chinese in a business environment

？ Financial modeling aptitude, desirable to have prior relevant experience including but not limited to valuations, cash flow analysis, and balance sheet analysis

？ Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Work skills

？ Superior communication skills, written and verbal, including comfort in doing Chinese-English translation and editing both written and verbal.

？ Highly-motivated self-starter able to work within a close-knit team environment and also work independently

？ A critical thinker who can quickly and accurately evaluate and analyze companies and financial information ？ Exceptional attention to detail and well-organized

？ Previous transportation industry (aviation or maritime) experience is a plus
