Job Description:
We seek an experienced and passionate psychology teacher responsible for teaching IB and A-level psychology courses starting this fall semester in 2024. The contract lasts for one year.

Candidates should have a solid background in the field, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to interact well with students. Specific responsibilities include course design, teaching implementation, student assessment, and providing other guidance.

Responsibilities:
• Teach psychology courses for 11th and 12th grades according to IB and A-Level curricula.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials, ensuring content meets course requirements.
• Guide students in psychological experiments, research (IA), and essay writing.
• Organize students' revision and preparation for the 2025 AS, A2, and IB global exams.
• Estimated workload: 12-20 classes per week, 45 mins per class
• Estimated class size: 10-15 students per class

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of IB or A-level psychology teaching experience.
• Familiarity with IB and A-Level curricula and assessment standards.
• Possess a teaching certificate or relevant teaching qualification.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Passionate about education, highly responsible, and team-oriented.
• Strong classroom management skills and communication abilities

Preferred:
• Experience teaching in international schools.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
• Experience in psychological research, capable of guiding students in research projects.
