Job Description
Human Resources and Administrative Officer/ Manager
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Handle monthly payroll, attendance & leave management
- Follow up probation evaluation, contract renewal and internal memo
- Handle insurance renewal
- Update staff information and maintain proper filing system
- Handle office management and administrative duties, e.g. office supplies replenishment, courier arrangement and staff's travel expenses claim checking etc.
- Review & update various HR policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Knowledge in Accounting is an advantage
- 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration
- Familiar with labor law, MPF ordinance and China labor law is an advantage
- Familiar with Gmail, Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
- Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must
- Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and contribute as a strong team player
- Good interpersonal skill and systematic working manner
- High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Immediate available is a must
