Job Description

Human Resources and Administrative Officer/ Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Provide clerical and administrative support 
  • Handle monthly payroll, attendance & leave management 
  • Follow up probation evaluation, contract renewal and internal memo
  • Handle insurance renewal
  • Update staff information and maintain proper filing system
  • Handle office management and administrative duties, e.g. office supplies replenishment, courier arrangement and staff's travel expenses claim checking  etc.
  • Review & update various HR policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Knowledge in Accounting is an advantage
  • 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration
  • Familiar with labor law, MPF ordinance and China labor law is an advantage
  • Familiar with Gmail, Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must
  • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and contribute as a strong team player
  • Good interpersonal skill and systematic working manner
  • High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is a must
