Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the facilitation of Human Resources Management and Office Administration to ensure smooth operations
  • Liaise closely with different business units to understand their hiring needs and provide professional advice
  • Assist in the development, review and implementation of Staff Handbook, HR guidelines and operation manuals, so as to ensure the HR policies and procedures are in compliance with the relevant ordinances
  • Review and keep up-to-date with the labor policies and market expectations
  • Responsible in office management such as office supplies and staff amenities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • MUST at least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources management , experience in a manufacturing factory is preferential
  • Familiar with the PRC’s labor regulations, insurance and social security requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
  • Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded and initiative
  • Proficiency of PC operation in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Station in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, PRC
  • Immediate available is preferred
