Job Descriptions :

Responsible for day-to-day HR & Administration operations including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, procurement of office supplies, office administration and
insurance
- Assistant the superior to achieve total compliance with legal requirements under Employment Ordinance and other employment- related legislations
- Maintain proper HR records and leave administration
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
-
Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- At least 3 years solid HR
and Administration experience in sizable companies;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and people management skills;
- Well-versed in Employment-related Ordinances and Regulations;
- Excellent spoken & written English and Chinese;
- Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
