Job Description

Main Purpose and Job Scope:

This position contributes to the success of the bank by working on Compensation and Benefits (C&B), assisting Recruitment, managing Employee Relations and also administrative work to enhance employee engagement, improve overall management and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and handle daily C&B related affairs and answer enquiry;
2. Assist the monthly payroll adjustment information;
3. Maintain C&B related report and employee database;
4. Assist in the development and execution of C&B related policy & procedures;
5. Expats benefit administration including assistance in benefit claim, updating individual benefit spreadsheet on request;
6. Communicate C&B guideline to new Expats, including explaining benefit allocation, benefit claim process, company insurance policy, ect.;
7. Coordination in enrollment, change and cancellation of medication insurance/ arrange premium payment/provide insurance report for taxation purpose;
8. Assistance in yearly budget planning/merit increase/bonus;
9. Assist in the recruitment related tasks, such as job requirements, budget, timeline, interview invitation, maintain channels and candidate data, etc.;
10. Manage the on-boarding process and full cycle of exit process to analyze resignation reasons;
11. Deal with employee conflicts and compose reports;
12. Assist to build harmonious and healthy labour relations to improve employee engagement;
13. Other tasks and projects assigned by the line manager.
