This position will be based in Beijing and in charge of the human resources management for Beijing office.
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions with the support of a lean HR team.
Be responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensations & benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, workforce planning, and so on;
Ensure the HR practices and procedures in full compliance with Company’s policies and procedures, as well as statutory labor laws and regulations;
Participate any other HR ad-hoc projects when required;
Job Requirements
Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
ave minimum 10 years’ Human Resources experience in global companies;
Be a proactive, corporative team player;
Have solid understanding of China labor laws and regulations not limited to C&B practice;
Ability to handle staff grievances and employee relationship cases;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese;
