Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Chinese nationality, university Degree or above with subject of HR Management or equivalent
- Well versed in PRC labour ordinance in Liaoning province;
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience with good exposure in PRC HR operation of managerial level preferably in manufacturing industry;
- Strong understanding of international system standards and relevant legislation issues.
- Be a collaborative & mature team player, responsible, well organized, and high integrity;
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Systems will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential;
- Quick response and fast pace, able to work independently, multi-tasking with a “can-do” working attitude;
- Good in written and spoken English & Chinese, proficiency in Chinese Word Processing and office tools.

Job Responsibilities:
· Assist to formulate HR strategy; establish and develop HR management including studying and designing HR management model (such as recruiting, evaluation, training, salary/bonus and employee development); formulate and complement the personnel and administration rules and regulations in company.
- 参与制定人力资源战略规划;建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设),制定和完善公司人事、人力资源和行政管理制度;
- Maintain, develop and promote enterprise culture; make career planning for supervisor above leaders in company.
- 维护、发展和传播企业文化;为公司主管以上的管理者进行职业生涯规划设计;
- Cooperate with other departments to complete and update the job description and basic requirement of positions; propose the internal personnel transfer plan among departments and implement after get approval from relevant leaders to maximize the effect of personnel allocation.
- 部门配合确定各岗位/职位说明书和岗位基本要求;根据部门人员需求情况,提出内部人员调配方案(包括人员内部调入和调出), 经相关上级审批后实施,促进人员的优化配置;
· Organize and manage canteen and public sanitation work; monitor the cleanness of all working place; formulate and implement gate guard regulations.
- 组织管理餐厅和公共卫生工作;制定、执行门卫管理制度;
- Establish good communication channel with workers; organize and coordinate the annual celebrating party, employee activities and big meetings; assist external communication and obtain required certificates and licenses.
- 与员工进行积极沟通;组织、协调公司年会、员工活动和各类大型会议,协助外联和办理公司所需的各项证照;
- Formulate evaluation policy in light of company demands and direct the execution of evaluation. Monitor the evaluation process for each department; Find the way to solve the possible problems occurred during the evaluation and improve/up date the evaluation system.
- 根据公司对绩效管理的要求,制定评价政策,组织实施绩效管理,并对各部门绩效评价过程进行监督控制,及时解决其中出现的问题,使绩效评价体系能够有效落实,并不断完善绩效管理体系;
- Cooperate with related department to regulate salary/bonus and promotion policy; organize the appraisement of promotion and salary increase; formulate welfare policy of company and treat with social insurance welfare procedure.
- 与相关部门共同制定薪酬政策和晋升政策,组织提薪评审和晋升评审,制定公司福利政策,办理社会保障福利;
- Organize training for new workers and manage company training plan.
- 组织员工岗前培训、管理公司相关培训和进修;
- Perform other duties assigned. 完成临时交办的工作任务。
