Job Description

Our client is a leading player in IT industry with strong focus in document management solutions. They are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner supporting human resources planning, recruitment and staff relation. Candidate with IT recruitment expense is highly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as Business Partner to work closely with Management in providing full HR support and advice including but not limited to staffing, staff development, engagement, retention, etc.
  • Handle the entire process and administration from staff recruitment to off-boarding 
  • Responsible for daily HR administration, execution of HR initiatives and other ad-hoc projects
  • Deal with the staff issue independently and provide professional advice to Management
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis for management review

Requirements

  • University graduate in HR management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years & HR experience in sizable organization, relevant experience in ICT industry is highly preferred
  • Solid experience in recruitment and handling staff issue is required
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK is essential
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary
  • Self-motivated and good team player with strong communication skills
  • Committed attitude and able to work independently
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
