Job Description
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, HRBP Luling Operations, are to:
- Provide guidance and direction to supervisors and managers regarding personnel actions such as performance management, performance improvement plans, discipline (up to and including terminations), and other employment practices;
- Be involve in conducting equity and utilization analyses of compensation programs including merit, bonus, rewards and recognition and promotion;
- Identify compensation issues impacting client groups and collaborate with management and with compensation specialists;
- Communicate HR products, perspectives, services, programs and policies to management and employees and implication on business strategies;
- Consult in close collaboration with HR Lead with issues surrounding Law/litigation on ensuring compliance and adherence to applicable employment laws and Bayer policies;
- Support and execute organizational changes (Restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) providing appropriate solutions form the HR perspective;
- Work with thorough understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements;
- Interpret HR policies to address employee questions and issues and researches issues and ensure cases are managed to resolution;
- Perform reporting and analytics, workforce planning and monthly reports;
- Utilize the SAP system/database to perform data entry and data mining as needed, to gather and analyze data for investigations, report-outs and evaluation;
- Lead or participate in Human Resources projects;
- Provide additional special project support to HR, employees and managers as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Management, or a related field with at least five years of relevant Human Resources experience;
- Excellent verbal/written communications and the ability to relate and communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization;
- Proficient knowledge of HR processes, programs, policies, and systems;
- Demonstrated effectiveness dealing with ambiguity, change, and uncertainty;
- Experience in project and change management;
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership with strong independent, creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently with professional discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of confidentiality;
- Strong interpersonal, partnering, collaboration and influencing skills;
- Strong Coaching skills;
- Courage to provide both positive and corrective feedback and handle employee relations issues at all organizational levels;

Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience with HR or other relevant experience in a manufacturing setting;
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and/or Teams;
- SAP HR experience.
