Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and direct the annual manpower planning framework and drive talent acquisition to meet dynamic business needs;
  • Responsible for hiring and staffing functions for potential positions including but not limited to coordinating with recruitment agents, screening and shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, negotiating and presenting offers;
  • Responsible for agency management from negotiating service rate, signing service agreement and relationship management;
  • Act as gate keeper and ensure recruitment policies, approval procedures and background check are complied with corporate policies;
  • In-charge of the employee relations and engagement activities such as to conduct probation follow-up interviews, design employee communication program, organize employee activities with the objective of building a corporate culture;
  • Assist in review, test and implementation of HRIS and Performance Management System upgrades and enhancement;
  • Act as a contact point of vendors and internal users regarding system launch/ integration;
  • Support the Head to carry out HR projects tasks and deliverable according to agreed time and cost estimates;
  • Take up any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 year’s HR experience, preferable in Banking and related Financial Industry;
  • Attentive to details, independent, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines;
  • Good communications skills with good team spirit;
  • Well versed in employment related ordinances;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
