Job Description

The current HR and Administration team is looking to find a suitable candidate with office administration and general HR support experience. General office support and the position have a huge potential for growth.

Our client is famous on their field of research and is reputable across Asia, with 2 new offices newly opened in Asia. Strong pipeline in the region going forward.

Description

General & Office Admin

  • General office administration duties in Hong Kong headquarters
  • Manage incoming calls to office prime telephone line.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails & parcels, maintain record appropriately
  • Greeting of incoming guest and visitor, arrange meeting/working facilities accordingly.
  • Regular review of supply to office stationery and pantry.
  • System maintenance of door security system and employee access cards, liaise with service providers maintain regular service review.
  • Prepare documents and proper record management in comply with company policy.
  • General administration expense reporting in comply with company policy.

Human Resources

  • Assist HRBP function to enable our commercial units to achieve business objective
  • Support HR Operations tasks for Hong Kong, Singapore & South Korea Offices
  • Manage staff on-boarding and off-boarding activities
  • Handle local HR related administrative duties e.g. filing system management, HR related invoices and services contracts, etc
  • Support staff activities, HR projects and other ad hoc tasks

Profile

  • At least 2 years of administration related experience.
  • Exposure in HR field is preferred
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
  • Able to plan & prioritize task in order to meet position requirement.
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese & English, preferable in Mandarin
  • Fluency in written English
  • Patience in taking up new system training in comply with company development
  • Can do attitude to maintain efficient communication with direct managers & possibly with internal or external team to complete tasks assigned
