职责 Responsibilities
1.负责人员招聘、员工培训和员工关系管理等日常事务工作的开展
Responsibility for recruitment, training and employee relation management and other active HR function.
2.负责协助企业文化建设,及组织与策划员工活动
Assist to facilitate the company culture construction, and to be able to organize employee activities based on the company culture.
3.负责员工职业生涯的发展与跟进
Assist to follow up the career development for critical talent and key roles
4.人员流失率分析与员工保留措施
Take actions to retain employee according to communication and turnover analysis and research.
要求 Our Needs
本科学历或以上,2年的人员招聘、员工培训或员工关系管理等相关工作
Bachelor’s degree or above, 2 years work experience on recruitment, training and employee relation management and so on.)
在人力资源管理方面有一定的创造性,有良好的人员沟通技巧和公众表达能力
Good creativity on HR areas, and good communication skills
良好的组织与策划能力
Good organizing and planning capabilities
工作积极主动、独立。
Work independent and pro-active.
良好的英语能力优先
Good English skills are a plus
