- People development Support: You coordinate the preparation and support the execution of key processes like Performance Management, Career Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Reward & Recognition. You also provide management information and insights based on workforce analytics, KPIs and external data.
- HR Policies & Employee Relations: You provide Managers and employees with insights into the various HR policies and processes supporting the development of the right behavior according to these policies. This you translate down into the respective system knowledge required in the execution of various HR processes providing the necessary guidance in this towards our client groups. Operationally you are responsible for handling employee related cases, labor issues and question as well as any change requests related to the working of the organization in an efficient and effective manner. This will also include ticketing and operational execution into the relevant HR Systems via our HR Shared Services provider.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: you work with HR colleagues to ensure the execution of strategic workforce planning, taking into consideration macro and market developments, business plans, formation, location, cost, productivity and capability levels of staff. You use HR reporting and analytics to provide insight and drive performance and support in capturing this in the relevant systems and developing follow up frameworks.
- Organizational Development (OD) & Change Management Support: you support your HR colleagues in applying OD and change management practices by taking care of all operational/tactical elements of these programs/initiatives in your region. This may include preparation work, documentation through to the design and execution of some of the activities (including Organization Management [OM] execution work into the relevant HR Systems).
- Min Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with affiliation to HR
- Strong affinity with working with HR systems and tools
- Good understanding of Labor Laws and Regulations in China
- Experience working in a matrix structure highly desirable, preferably in an international company
- Proficiency in English is necessary combined with good overall cross cultural and business communication skills.

The Challenge
As a HR Advisor you will have dedicated responsibility for a selected number of departments where you can develop and nurture your skills as a HR Business Partner, enabling you to learn the more tactical elements of the job and create a pathway for you to develop towards a Business Partner.
Furthermore, you will also provide the operational and tactical HR support needed for DHC and GS/DIC in China. This you will do in close collaboration with our Process Support Specialists, and more broadly with our HR colleagues in the CoEs and HR Shared Services.
We expect that your proactive, can-do mentality, enthusiasm and motivation will enable you to effectively manage this work package, working closely with the HR Business Partners, who are accountable for HR within each client group.
