Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and benefits enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and legal regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Office and HR information systems
