MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:主要责任


Responsible for maintaining the storeroom inventory of housekeeping department guest and cleaning supplies to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

认真负责盘点仓库以及客人和清洁用品需要管理,确保部门的正常运营。

SPECIFIC DUTIES:工作任务


  • Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the department.

    确保每天部门的工作都能被有效的完成

    • Prepare requisition of fruits daily and ensure that the hotel have enough to distribute to all the rooms.

      每天准备所需要的水果确保酒店有足够的水果分发给所有的房间。

    • Pick up/receive, check and weight fruits delivered to the loading/receiving area and ensure that fruits are fresh and quantity are correct. The storeroom clerk has the authority to reject the fruits and ask for replacements if necessary.

      到收货部领取水果时需要检查及称重量,确保所有的水果是新鲜并且质量过关。如果在必要时仓库管理员被授权拒绝接受不合格的水果以及要求更换

    • Prepare requisition for mineral water for the hotel and MEA and receive the same upon delivery at the receiving area.

      准备所需的矿泉水给酒店和公寓楼

    • Distribute the mineral water to the different floors of the hotel and MEA every Wednesday or whenever necessary

      当需要时把矿水分发给酒店不同楼层和公寓楼.

    • Prepare requisition of guest and cleaning supplies whenever necessary.

      当需要时准备客人所需要的物品和清洁物品

    • Distribute the cleaning and guest supplies to the different floors of the hotel and MEA after receiving the requisition forms from the supervisors.

      从领导处拿到所需用品的单子后准备好客人所需用品分发给酒店不同楼层和公寓楼

    • Check weekly the hotel and MEA pantries and ensure that guest and cleaning supplies requisitioned are not in excess.

      准备好酒店和公寓楼的工作间里的备品确保客人用品和清洁用品的需求不会过量。

    • Coordinate with the housekeeping secretary in the ordering of replacement for guest and cleaning supplies in the storeroom. Ensure that the department does not run out of stock, which will affect the services to the guest.

      客房部文员需要确认所有客人用品和清洁用品在储藏室全部到位,确保部门有足够备品从而不会影响到为客服务。


    • Keep the storerooms (BM and B1) clean, and in order.

      保持BM和B1的仓库干净随时待命

    • Prepare monthly inventory of all items in the storerooms.

      准备仓库的月度盘点项目

    • Prepare disposal report of defective items received from the hotel and MEA and take change of disposing them after cost control have signed the form and seen the items for disposal.

      在成本控制签下单子后把不完善的项目去除。

    • Coordinate and assist the Accounts department in their quarterly inventory of operational equipments.

      协助财务部做营运设备的季度盘点

    • Distribute to the hotel and MEA floors magazines, TV guides and other materials whenever necessary.

      在需要时分发酒店和公寓楼的杂志,电视导购和其他备品

    • Update bin cards in both storerooms daily and ensure that they are correct.

      每天更新仓库的发放记录确保正确。

    • Assist the secretary and the office clerks whenever necessary.

      需要时协助文秘和办公室文员

    • Check baby crib stored in B1 storeroom and ensure they are in good order. Prepare requisition for replacement if par stock is less then three.

      检查B1 楼婴儿床是否可用,
