We’re seeking a leader to join our Housekeeping Department who are performing at the top of their game. This is an opportunity to not only learn from the best, but to share your own expertise in hotel keeping. This Team Leader role is hands on, but requires a big picture thinker with an eye for consistency, efficiency and detail.


The role involves :

  • Providing incredible welcoming, onboarding and development training to other team members
  • Communicating with the wider hotel team
  • Fostering a friendly and engaging team environment amongst the team
  • Responding to special requests
  • Cleaning and preparation of rooms
  • Inspection of rooms
  • Supervisory tasks during leave periods.



Work Experience
  • Previous experience in a busy Housekeeping department is essential
  • You will have a real eye for detail and willing and able to uphold high standards in cleaning
  • You are self motivated and enjoy working autonomously
  • You are friendly and engaging, with the ability to communicate and motivate your team.
  • You can co-ordinate various tasks simultaneously
  • A great team player who is able to work in a physically demanding role.
  • Excellent English communication in written and verbal.
