You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.The Housekeeping Supervisor - PA is responsible to handle daily operation of the Housekeeping according to the standards and procedures established by the Hotel. Ensure all staffs receive the most courteous, efficient service and make every effort to exceed their expectation.

工作中你将负责提供始终如一高标准的、卓越的客户服务。客房部主管- 公区负责管理公区卫生的日常工作，确保按照酒店的标准和服务流程进行工作。确保所有的顾客都能得到最礼貌，最高效的服务，并且尽力使顾客的期望达到最大化。

Qualification 资质要求

• Good appearance and disposition

个人形象气质良好

• Be full of passion to the hotel industry

对酒店行业充满热情

• Good guest service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

需要具备良好的服务态度、与人交流能力和人际交往能力

• Prevence to those who with 3 years experience or have completed internship or training in any Housekeeping related field

有3年客房部相关工作经历或培训者优先考虑
