We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Manager, wanting to utilise their extensive experience to head up our dedicate housekeeping team.


The Opportunity:
This role is based at Peppers Gallery Hotel, is a 80 room boutique 4 star property famous for its history & art design; ideal for corporate and leisure guests. Located in the lively New Acton precinct, Peppers Gallery aslo boasts a well established Italian Restaruant, Library Bar and two function rooms.
  
About You:

Alongside your passion for empowering, developing and motivating those within your team, there is no task to big or small for your hands-on approach to leadership.

•    A genuine love for customers that provides the foundation to your hospitality values. 
•    Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement
•    Working with multiple stakeholders and developing a positive team culture
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar housekeeping management role
•    Strong problem solving skills, and a creative approach to overcoming sticky situations
•    Be well versed to plan and coordinate all housekeeping tasks and activities
•   Ideally you will have comprehensive computer skills to support your administrative tasks and a strong understanding of manual handling and safe work practices
•    Demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, training and developing colleagues
•    Strong business acumen with proven ability to manage financials also i.e. wages, linen cost etc.
•    Unlimited Australian work rights with the ability to work a varied roster including weekends, public holidays, mornings and evenings
