Job Description:

• 6 months Inter-department on-the-job training within Housekeeping Department including Rooms, Public Areas and Wardrobe, Linen & Laundry.
• To build up and deliver standard hotel services at every opportunity in a positive and friendly manner to our value guest.
• Understand and anticipate guest service needs by providing friendly welcome and high-quality services to all guest.
• Ensure Housekeeping operational team project a professional and welcoming demeanor by demonstrating our SOP and Polices & Procedure.
• Carryout all necessary operation standards required through different operating system, dispatch and monitor the system effectively and consistently.
