Job Description
General Requirement
- Possess general knowledge in hotel / service apartment operation, preferable with formal training in Housekeeping operation
- Secondary school graduate with good PC skill
- At least 1-year relevant working experience
- Pleasant personality with good telephone manner
- Co-operative, clear-minded with ability to react promptly and effectively
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking care of general office work, handling all telephone calls, taking orders and reporting room status
- Close coordinating with other departments regarding guest requests, room status, repair & maintenance and other related matters
