Job Description

General Requirement

  • Possess general knowledge in hotel / service apartment operation, preferable with formal training in Housekeeping operation
  • Secondary school graduate with good PC skill
  • At least 1-year relevant working experience
  • Pleasant personality with good telephone manner
  • Co-operative, clear-minded with ability to react promptly and effectively
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for taking care of general office work, handling all telephone calls, taking orders and reporting room status
  • Close coordinating with other departments regarding guest requests, room status, repair & maintenance and other related matters
