A crucial role, producing reports for the Hotel and attending to guests needs throughout the night. Able to make sound decisions for requests and events.
• Able to work independently
• Previous experience in Front Office and Opera
• Great people and communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Responsible and reliable
• Experience in dealing with challenging situations and having great out comes
• Responsible for the Business Unit’s overnight operation and the Hotel’s guests on Night Managers days off.
• Committed to Queenstown long term
Work Experience
Full drivers license
Hold a GM certificate or will be eligible to hold one, F&B experience in NZ
