Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve a high level of member satisfaction by handling restaurant reservations and enquiries received from different channels.  Greet, seat and see-off restaurant guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain an accurate floor plan, guest reservation record, guest preferences and history, etc.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and service team in performing administrative duties and floor operation respectively whenever necessary.

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in hotel or catering studies.
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience gained in renowned private clubs, hotels or restaurants.
• Good common of spoken English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
