• Responsible for the execution of brand, seasonal and tactical marketing initiatives, including planning and managing production of events and on-property installations; communications from content planning, creative concept development to production; as well as online and offline media planning to support integrated marketing campaigns

• Manage the assigned agency partners and/or service providers to ensure quality production and timely delivery of the required work

• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth operations

• Prepare post-campaign analysis to evaluate and improve efficiency

• Digital Content Co-ordination and Customer Database Management

• Manage content of various digital platforms including website, information terminals and social media

• Manage and update various databases including customers, tenants and marketing contacts

• Assist in conducting market researches and competitive studies

• Administrative Support

• Maintain proper filing (both physical and electronic formats) and manage the campaign photo library with records of copyright items

• Manage overall ambience of premises and all necessary licenses, letter of indemnity relating to promotions and/or events at various public venues on timely basis

• Degree holder of above, preferably in marketing communications or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, public relations, digital or communications while exposures in luxury and/or retail sectors and/or art and culture related industries an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin a must

• Strong interpersonal and social skills
