Job Description
【Responsibilities】
 Prepare english classes and create english environment to students
 Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences;
 Design coherent Instruction and engage students in learning;
 Manage classroom procedures and managing student behaviors;
 Create an environment of respect and support;
 Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
 Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
 Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
 A reliable resource for parents;

Qualifications
 A genuine interest in children, Love education, committed to development of education and professionalism
 Minimum Bachelor education degree.
 With teaching credentials or language teaching certifications（TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL ）preferred.
 With Montessori Certificates preferred .
