Position： Homeroom Teacher
Class Size：28 kids Max
Student Age：1.5-3 years old(Mix Age)
Salary：21，000-23，000 +3000 RMB housing allowane (Before Tax)

Working Hours:
08:00-12:00
14:00-17:10
8 hours a day, 5 working days a week
No more than 40 working hours per week.(Teach 2-3 lesson per day )

Qualifications:
1. Native English Speaker .
2. Bachelor‘s degree or above（Major in Education/Early Childhood/Psychology is preferred, , relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred.
3. At least two-years teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old.
4. Familiarity with theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, culturally responsive pedagogy, etc is desired
5. Enjoy staying with kids, energetic, patient, responsible.
6. Prefer be able to teach phonics
7. Eligible for work visa.

Responsibilities:
1.Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences.
2. Manage classroom procedures and student behavior.
3. Create an environment of respect and collaboration.
4.Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning.
5.Participate in school-wide teaching activities.
6. Support for and communication with parents.
