Responsibility:
High school Academic Coordinator
*** 50% subject / 50% management workload.
*** Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process
A dedication to safeguarding and ensuring the physical and mental well-being of all students and staff.
• Academic management to the teachers;
• Achievement of students’ internal and external examinations related to subjects taught.
• Actively participate in, and deliver, the provision of extra-curricular and after school activities that encourage holistic growth and the diversification of students’ interests.
• Actively participate in whole-school staff duties according to biannually reviewed internal policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary:Pretax 27.5k-32.5k
Additional benefits
• Paid Chinese holidays according to school academic calendar
• Up to 3 adjusted working days for Christmas holiday (Christmas eve, Christmas day, Boxing Day)
• Annual flight allowance of 8,000 yuan paid
• Relevant visa and medical costs reimbursed
• Contract resign bonus of 1,000 yuan
• Mandatory emergency first aid training and certification (annually renewed)
Minimum Qualifications and Attainments
• Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in a relevant field
• Relevant teaching qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience teaching at a high school level
• Native like fluency in English at CEFR C2 (assessed during interview process)
• Evidence of recent CPD/In-service training
