Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on store application systems (e.g. SAP, POS, POSDM, CRM …)
  • Provide IT Helpdesk Service support for infrastructure management (e.g. Hardware maintain and replacement, OS and setup, Login and client access, Network connection)
  • Provide onboard and leaving process support (e.g. IT facility and account preparation, New staff training, Leaving process)
  • Participate in application deployment.
  • Prepare documentation, user manual and conduct user training for users


Specifications:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent

Relevant experience in SQL and XML etc., preferable in Retail industries

3-5 years’ experience on IT helpdesk support and minimum 3 years’ experience IT infrastructure support

Minimum 3 year experience of operation support on retail system (POS, CRM)

Preferably with experience in Fashion business

Familiar in Oracle / SQL Server databases operations

Experience on supporting both infrastructure and retail application system is an advantages

Well organized and able to work independently under pressure with a good sense of responsibility

Good command of English and Chinese
