IT支持技术人员


该职位是全球支持团队的一部分,您将直接向亚太地区IT经理汇报。


工作职责:

  • 为我们的亚太和大西洋办事处,台式机,笔记本电脑,打印机和硬件外围设备的配置和部署提供最终用户支持。
  • MicrosoftWindows Server 2003和2008上的基本服务器管理。
  • 维护网络,IP LAN,WAN和无线。
  • 对硬件进行日常预防性维护。
  • 协助维护IT库存。
  • 协助维护内部软件。
  • 更新系统信息和安装软件
  • 与供应商联系以进行IT采购。
  • 在需要时协助其他特别职责。


要求:

  • 至少2年的桌面支持经验。
  • MicrosoftWindows 7和Microsoft Office 2010,2013和2016
  • 熟悉网络,TCP / IP,DNS和以太网。
  • ActiveDirectory和Microsoft Exchange Server 2007,2010和2013的基本知识。(创建用户,安 全组成员身份,更改电子邮件地址等)

IT Support Technician

This position is part of the global support team and you will report directly to the Asia Pacific IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

? Provide end-user support for our Asia Pacific & Atlantic offices, configuration and deployment of desktop, notebooks, printers and hardware peripherals.

? Basic server administration on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 & 2008.

? Maintain network, IP LANs, WANs, and wireless.

? Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware.

? Assist in maintaining of IT inventory.

? Assist in maintaining in-house software.

? Update system information and installation of software

? Liaise with vendors for IT purchases.

? Assist in other adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Desktop Support.
  • Microsoft Windows 7 & Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 & 2016
  • Good knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, DNS and Ethernet.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, 2010 & 2013. (Creating Users, Security Group Membership, changing an email address etc.)
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Systematic, organized, meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent, patient and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
  • Cisco IP Telephone and conferencing.
  • Fluent in English.
