? Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience
? experience in Health and Wellbeing/ Employee relations/ Occupational Health
? Proven record of developing people and organisations Experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating on global projects
ABOUT THE JOB
? Oversees and contributes strategically to the national health and wellbeing approach in accordance with global employment standards as defined by the Centre of Expertise, national, and local legislation.
? Partners with Total Rewards team to devise innovative and meaningful workplace wellbeing strategy, programs, and initiatives.
? Localises templates that can be used in units around wellbeing program.
Measures co-workers wellbeing using data and analytics to increase overall health and wellbeing of workforce.
? Collaborates with Group People & Culture team to design and propose Health and safety policies that increase health and wellbeing.
? Acts as primary point of contact for health and wellbeing services and offerings and also coordinates on-site wellbeing events/activities for all units.
? Coordinates the implementation and internal communication of wellbeing programs external Offered by vendors and insurance carriers.
