Job Description
- 1. Independent as a training program developer as well as a trainer
2. Implement business training programs (new account acquisition, product knowledge, selling skills, client relationship and portfolio management) for sales
3. Conduct training and certification strategy planning, budget management, and result tracking to comply with regulator requirement and citi procedure.
4. Abilities to be in charge of MS tools (good in excel, word, and power point) as well as presentable.

- 1. University or above, MBA/Master is preferred
2. With 10+ years business/sales training experience and 5+ year leadership experience
3. Detail-oriented with analytical skill and strategic thinking
4. Good in MS Excel and Power Point
5. Proactive and positive working attitude
6. Willing to take challenge, ability to work under pressure and a good team player
7. Fluent English in both oral and written communication
8. Good skills in communication, coordination, logic and organization.
9. With project experience is preferred.
10. Familiar with sales or service personal qualifications of financial institution especially in banking, insurance, and credit cards.
