Assist the Head Master/Mistress in setting up the Chinese teaching team and Chinese operation team and to maintain team stability.
Assist the Head Master/Mistress in formulating a fair, just and open appraisal process.
Where needed, organize the necessary teams to conduct academic research;
Quality assure the quality of compulsory and integrated courses of Chinese language and culture and the effective delivery of the Chinese National Curriculum.
Oversee the planning and delivery of the daily teaching of the Chinese educational programmes.
Support the school's marketing, admission and communication related work; continuously enhance the school's brand influence through marketing promotions.
Maintain active communication with the Head Master/Mistress; communicate and co-ordinate with all functional departments to the ensure smooth operation of the school.
Complete all tasks assigned by the Head Master/Mistress.
Support the Head Master/Mistress in establishing the policy direction and ensure the compliance of the school operations.

Bachelor's degree or above, more than 15 years of full-time educational experience, more than 8 years chief principal or Executive Principal experience.
Have a deep understanding of the education industry and market; possess advanced educational concepts.
Have good planning and execution skills; strong communication and co-ordination, analysis and decision-making.
Have a strong commitment to international education.
Identify with the culture and management philosophy of the group and effectively implement the management policies of the group.
Be familiar with the local education market and general situation of the industry.
Fluency (or at least working level) of spoken and written English will be preferred.
