岗位职责
1、带领员工认真做好餐前准备,确保质量标准;
2、正式开餐后,督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作;
3、及时跟踪、检查台面,对不合格的地方进行指正、改正;
4、及时对餐台上菜速度、情况了解,及时催菜;
5、餐后组织服务员及时清台,整理好餐厅桌椅卫生,保持餐厅整洁和环境良好;
6、督导服务员认真落实公司规章制度;
7、搞好本部门与其他部门的协调;
8、做好部门员工考勤、培训工作。
任职资格
1、高中以上文化程度,形象气质佳;
2、熟悉餐厅管理和服务方面的知识,具有熟练的服务技能;
3、有较高的处理餐厅突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力;
4、热爱服务工作,工作踏实、认真,有较强的事业心和责任感。
5、 2年以上相关工作经历,西餐厅管理工作者优先考虑。
6、良好的沟通能力,良好的英语交流能力
Responsibilities
1、Lead your team to proper dining preparation and assure quality.
2、Supervise waiters of their job properly and work with them
3、Check all tables and follow up.
4、Check passing speed and push kitchen
5、Supervise waiters cleaning off tables, set up tables and chairs, keep restaurant tidy and clean.
6、Supervise waiters of company rules & regulations.
7、Coordinate with other departments.
8、Keep record of staff attendance and training.
Requirements
1、High school or above
2、Familiar with restaurant management and good knowledge of service skills
3、Good response to emergencies and communication skills
4、Passionate about service job, working hard, have strong sense of responsibility and enterprise.
5、 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in western establishment.
6、Good communication skills and Good oral English skills.
